Student Housing
Limited student housing is available within walking distance of SRI, and will cost $84/single and $93/double (shared with another student) per night, including tax. These rooms will be available on a first come / first serve basis. Please indicate your rooming and smoking preferences on the Registration Form. (For other accommodations, see Travel & Lodging.)

If you require a formal invitation to the conference, contact Mary McCready.

Travel Expense Assistance
There are limited funds available to help a few individuals with travel costs. If you would like to be considered for this, please send an email to Tony van Eyken with a brief explanation of your needs.
