The All-Sky Imager provides intensified monochromatic maps of auroral and airglow emission for various lines of interest. Photometrically corrected images can provide horizontal context for simultaneous IS radar measurements, as well as provide indications for the energy of precipitating electrons, existence of precipitating protons, and spatial extent of metallic layers.
